Community Involvement Hours

Every student must complete a minimum of 40 hours of community involvement activities as part of the requirements for an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).

Here is a list of approved activities, and one's that do not count. If you are not sure, see your guidance counsellor.

Community service hours can be logged and submitted electronically using the Electronic Community Involvement Hours log sheet. Students will need to login to their OCDSB accounts to complete their submissions. Students can also pick up a paper copy of the form in the Student Services office, or print a copy of the Community Involvement Form.
