Cooperative Education

The Sir Guy Carleton S.S. Co-operative Education Department tailor-fits a co-op program to meet students' specific career goals. Out-of-school placements provide hands-on experiences, while the students gain credits, self-confidence, job skills, and an overall preparedness for the next phase of their lives. Apprenticeships can also begin through the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), once the student has 16 credits and the student has been placed in a qualifying trade.

The Sir Guy Carleton S.S. Co-operative Education Program would like to thank these current employers for their support.
