WITHIN THE ADVANCED CULINARY EDUCATION SHSM (ACE), you will explore the dynamic world of food through interactive, hands-on skills training. Spend a double period, for an entire semester, enhancing your practical competencies in a commercial kitchen setting. Be part of a team that is focused on catering, baking, special events, and food preparation. Reach ahead opportunities will provide real-world experiences with industry experts that share their passion and professional knowledge of the global culinary movement. As well, students will earn six industry certificates and participate in COOP and Algonquin college dual credits.
