Geography - CGC1P The study of Geography is the study of connections. Students will discover the Geographical systems that shape our world. These include interactions between people and the environment and global connections between regions and countries. In Canadian Geography CGC1P students will learn the characteristics of different regions of our vast country.  History - CHC2P

In Canadian History Since World War One, we will be exploring the historical periods from 1914 to the present. In each historical period, students will build their critical thinking skills by using and practicing the Historical Thinking Concepts: Historical Significance, Historical Perspectives, Cause and Consequence, Change and Continuity and Primary Sources. Students will learn how to apply these skills to historical inquiry, while also learning how these skills of analysis, critical thinking, asking questions, and assessing credibility are applicable to their everyday lives. Students will also be encouraged to explore their own topics of interest.

Civics - CHV2O Grade 10 civics is a mandatory course all students must take in order to meet the requirements to graduate from high school.
